Can't Install Additional Content

I have installed everything for Sonar X1, but I can't install the "Additional Content".  The setup lies to me, telling me that no valid Dimension Pro is detected.  I have Dimension Pro 1.5 installed, so, what's the deal here?

Thanks.

    Your both FIRED!

Honestly, yeah, if the right as admin doesn't work I'd consult a lawyer to ask tech support why the installer is spouting out lies.

Hmmm ... trying to remember ...

I remember something about if you have previously installed Sonar (say 8.5) and installed and updated Dim Pro to 1.5 and then skipped the installation of Dim Pro that comes with X1, you get this error.

Even if you have a previous installation of Dim Pro 1.5, you have to re-install and re-register it, so you end up with two registrations of the same program. IIRC.

One tip ... no lie ... (hehe) ... I right click on every setup file and click 'Run as Administrator'. Everything! Then, I go in to the shortcut properties for X1 and set it to run as administrator also.

Good luck, this kind of stuff is frustrating.
