Can't get Positive Grid Bias FX to work in Sonar Professional

Hi All, I've been lurking around the forums for some time now, trying to learn as much as I can about using Sonar, and recording in general. I must admit I'm kind of intimidated by the wealth of knowledge that a lot of you possess, but I thought, because of this I would ask some newbie questions and hopefully resolve the situation I'm currently in.
In order to slowly build up my recording gear, I recently purchased Positive Grid Bias FX. After downloading it on my computer I found I could use it on my desktop with complete control over the FX, amps, etc....I could also designate if I wanted to use the computer speakers, or the JBL studio monitors that I have. However, (and this is the problem) once I pull up Bias FX in Sonar, I can't get any sound out of it. The Bias FX screen doesn't show any signal coming, or going through it, and when trying to adjust the settings, it doesn't give me the ability to designate which, or any speakers I want to use (unlike using Bias FX in desktop mode).
A little background on my equipment, I'm running Windows 8.1, Sonar Professional, M Audio Mobile Pre MK II as my interface and it's running through a pair of JBL 5" Studio Monitors.
I'd appreciate any advice on what might be preventing me from getting this software to work correctly in Sonar. I'm sure it has something to do with user error (me).
Thanks in advance!

Are you able to hear your guitar without the plugin? If not then you need to configure your in/outs first.
Sonar should be controlling the input and outputs so they will need to be setup to use the correct ports for your interface/monitors.
Once you have the DI guitar playing it should just be a case of adding the plugin and away you go.

Running the standalone version is very different than running as a plugin. To use it in Sonar, you must load it as a plugin on an audio track that contains your guitar input (either recorded or live).

Add an audio track in Sonar and set the track's input to be whatever input you are using for the guitar. Make sure to enable input monitoring on the track so you can hear the signal. Then, add an instance of Bias to the FX bin on the audio track.
