Can't get Sonar Platinum to see Sibelius as rewire

I'm really annoyed recently and this is just another example of why. All my Mac friends plug things in and no problem. A simple task like this....complete pain in the ass. Why?

Anyway, I followed the directions here, still not working:

    Thanks, I've been through both of those. Unfortunately, nothing troubleshoots why Sonar doesn't see Sibelius as a rewire device.
