Can't see mute/solo lights in layers

Anybody having a hard time telling whether a mute/solo light is on or off in X1? Is there any way to darken the lights? They just aren't very intense. Do I just need new glasses?!

    Yeah they're pretty dim, plus once you get a few layers going on they're quite small. I don't know of a way to change them, I don't even think any of the mods do anything with them.
