Cannot down load Cakewalk

Cannot down load Cakewalk

I cannot download it says windows defender is not allowing access. However, it is not on. I am using google I wonder if that has something to do with it.
 
Plus going into my bandlab account I cannot see cakewalk by bandlab nor can I see where the download is.
 
Are you guys jeering me cos of my avatar?

    Try logging into windows as administrator or temporarily disabling your anti-virus.
