Cannot download/re-install Kontakt Factory Library [SOLVED]

I'm in the process of getting the applications up to date on my Windows 10 SSD after the Windows 7 SSD was made unbootable by  a Windows 10 update.
 
I have managed to re-install all of the Kontakt libraries that were on the Win 7 SSD drive (which is no longer accessible from Windows 10). The only exception is the Kontakt Factory library. Native Access insists that it is installed on the now inaccessible drive and therefore won't let me re-download it. It also seems to be impossible to download it from their website or through Service Centre. It seems dumb that you cannot tell NA to uninstall and re-install it.
 
Does anyone know any way to do this?

    Did you try uninstalling it from the Windows Control Panel, I have an entry for "Native Instruments Kontakt Factory Library".  If it were uninstalled perhaps NA would see the library as not installed and offer it as a download?  Of course the uninstall might not work with the library not being there, but it would be worth a try.
     
    I've seen registry hacks to help NA along but I'd try uninstalling first.

    I just had a look in Control Panel and strangely the Kontakt Factory Library isn't there. 
    I possibly installed it in Windows 7 and then just pointed Kontakt in Win 10 to it although NA also seems to have detected it at some stage.

    In both Windows 7 & 10 I had all the drive letters matching for all of my hard drives and the "other" Windows SSD drive mapped to W:\.  So in Win 7 the W: drive was the Windows 10 SSD and in Win 10 the W: drive was Win 7 SSD. Another story, but at some stage I had planned to "merge" the Kontakt libraries using a Win 10 library so that their location would not matter but it seems that Kontakt doesn't support this and requires an actual drive letter to locate specific libs.

    Short of that I'd think you may need to go into the registry and remove it.  I'm pretty sure I've seen threads on the NI forums with the keys you'd need to delete.

    Been having on going issue with Reaktor 6 player where I have to uninstall/reinstall it to update it. Hopefully this with fix that.
