Cannot get WAVES Signature demo to work with X1

Cannot get WAVES Signature demo to work with X1

My first experience using iLOK.....what a pain.
Anyway, I registered iLOK, downloaded license of wave CLA demo package.
Installed...and could see the plugs after loading X1.
Got error message when trying to load into FX Bin....cant remember the error.
Uninstalled WAVES....afraid it would screw up X1

Anyone else experiencing this problem with Waves demos?...are they 32 bit VSTs?

    Sometimes you must "reset all" first, (in the area where you "scan VST's") and then scan VSTs
