Can't Install DimPro (version 1.10) on my Mac

Hi:

I get almost to the end, and the install hangs. It says "an unknown error occurred" and that Dimension Pro cannot be installed., or words to that effect. I have been able to install EZ Drummer, Trilogy, Ivory and MSI and Ethno.

Any ideas?

    If you're on Leopard, you must use the Dim Pro 1.3 updated INSTALLER.
    Be careful to get the right one, since there's an installer and an updater... don't use the updater.

    Try to remove everything Dimension Pro related before trying again though... the plugin... the library... the pref file...
    I'm not sure how well the 1.3 installer works AFTER unsuccessfully attempting to install with the 1.10 version. I have a feeling that once 1.10 has failed to install, you're more likely to have issues with the 1.3 installer.

    But remember:
    NOT the updater... the updated installer. Very important.

    Is the updater for the sound files?

    No, not for sound files.

    It's an updated installer, as well as the updated version of Dimension Pro (1.3).
    The 1.1 installer won't work on Leopard, nor will the 1.1 version of Dimension Pro.

    Make sure you get the updated installer, though... not just the updater.
    It will install the plugin, and ask for the disks to install the multisamples (most of the time... some have reported issues here).

    UPDATE:

    I contacted Tech Support, and they sent me a link to the correct installer. BINGO!!!

    DimPro and the library is installed.

    Thanks for all your help. I know I tend to ask a lot of simple questions that can probably be answered with a little more searching and patience on my part, but I appreciate the efforts of the CW community.
