Can't Unistall Sonar Professional Following WIN10 Upgrade

The upgrade went Okish and Sonar worked OK.  But I decided to switch my music stuff to a newer machine.  Only problem is I can't uninstall Sonar Professional.  It doesn't show up as an app or software in the Settings and Control Panel elements of WIN10?  Right clicking Sonar Pro in the start menu does offer an uninstall option but it just leads you back to control panel which is still not showing Sonar Pro.  Interestingly Command Centre and Celemony do show up and I have managed to uninstall them.  I tried re-installing them as well in case I needed to do something within Command Centre but it doesn't offer an uninstall option. 
 
Any ideas?

    Right click Sonar in command center.
