Did you log in to CCC with your Cakewalk account ID? Did you try to log out / in again? Did you reboot after installing CCC / SONAR? Are you sure you are not looking at the demo products available, and not your connected products in CCC? What happens if you click the gear icon on the top right corner in CCC and click check now?
