Can't add Sonitus:fx Delay to FX rack

Hi there,
 
Does anyone know why I'd not be able to add Sonitus:fx Delay to my FX rack in Sonar Artist?
 
As far as I can recall, it's only been happening for a couple of weeks (i.e. I don't think it's been ever since the last Sonar monthly update).
 
I can process Sonitus:fx Delay effects by selecting the recorded track itself, but I can no longer add Sonitus:fx Delay to the rack up front. I've tested on both audio and instrumental tracks, with the same outcome.
 
Any ideas? Is anyone else having this problem?

    you can test if it's a sonar thing (versus windows updates, etc) by rolling back to the version before it started happening

    Does it work if you drag in from the browser?

    pwalpwal, thanks for the suggestion. I just rolled back to July update and I still can't add Delay to the rack, can only insert or process directly to the track. 
     
    I also just noticed, when digging about in Utilities > Cakewalk Plug-in Manager, that Sonitus Delay doesn't show up against any of the 11 plug-in categories listed. Doesn't show in the browser list either. Is this the problem?
     
    Any further feedback or thoughts will be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

    Craig Anderton, thanks for your suggestion. I'm a bit of a self-taught/self-teaching newb at all of this, so apols if this is making me sound a bit of a dummy :)
     
    Per above comment, Sonitus Delay doesn't show in my browser list at all. It used to list Tempo Delay and Sonitus Delay, but now only Tempo Delay. It was definitely still working as I'd always used it (i.e. by adding it to the FX rack) until only a week or two ago.
     
    I'm guessing this isn't expected behaviour?
