Can't buy Sonar Expanded - store won't recognise my details...

Despite having been a customer for many years the GBP store has now decided it doesn't know me...
Stupid glitches like this I can do without.  Thanks a bunch CW.
Perhaps you can tell me how I can go about buying the upgrade when you won't be able to accept my Sonar X1 credentials.

    Hi John,

You have a GBP store account with the same email address tied to your forum account.  You also have two USD store accounts with two different email addresses.  I would double check that:

1] You are def. signing into the GBP store.  If you're not sure click the 'change region' link at the top
2] You are using the correct email address - it is the same one tied to your forum account.  AT johnsongs ....

If you still can't get in - use the lost password page here: http://www.store.cakewalk.com/b2cgbp/ForgotPassword.aspx

Some email clients will mess with the formatting of the temp password - just to be safe don't copy and paste it from your email, manually type it in.

    Hope that helps.

I finally got access to the GBP store.  On the third separate session on my PC the same details let me log in!  I know I input things correctly on the first two sessions; I always paste passwords for example.  Maybe a connection quirk or IE9 quirk, dunno.  Whilst on the subject, IE9 has been nothing but trouble since I installed it.  Many times I have to click 'refresh' because it sits whirring away attempting to access an address but not in fact actually doing so.
