I agree that the Addictive Drums 32/64bit folders are a bit of a pain. They can't be the same and one can't be within the other. I set things up with an "Addictive Drums" folder directly inside the vstplugins folder which holds the 64 bit plugin(s). I then have a second folder within vstplugins that's called "XLN 32-bit" that holds the 32 bit versions. I'll never use them and don't know why I have to have them.
Have you installed the Cakewalk Command Center (CCC) ? If not you should probably start with that. Then your Rapture Session and World Instruments should show up in CCC's product list and you can (re)install from there.
Or, you should see World Instruments and Rapture Session in you Cakewalk account and you could download the installers manually and run them. Did you not already do this with X3 ?
