Can't get Waves Morphoder to read MIDI

I have read several very old posts about his but still cannot get my Waves Morphoder plugin to read midi notes.  I have gone into Plug-in Manager and configured it as a synth, I've tried to configure it as an effect, I have tried to route a midi track but I can't see it as an option.  I will be the first to admit that I am not great with midi but it seems like this should be very easy to do and I am just not getting it.
 
Has anyone had success using the waves morphoder and getting it to read midi keyboard notes?  I am able to use my mouse to make a chord on the virtual keyboard in the plugin but I want to be able to play chords as the melody changes.  Thanks!

    PC - Known Issues
    Sonar
    No MIDI support for Morphoder.
    No arrow keys and tabs functionality for Waves plug-ins.

    V9 works here, load soft synth as simple instrument track and insert Morphoder plugin
