Can't get the Fantom synth to work

Hey all,

When I first bought the vstudio, I'd read that 64 bit sonar didn't support the fantom synth, which was a pisser, but I just ignored the fact that I have an awesome synth built into my IO until now. :)

I followed Konrad's instructions and got my fantom software reinstalled and I no longer get errors when I load the fantom vst, which is a great start to getting this working. 

I just can't get any sound to come out of the dang thing. It shows midi is working. 

Take a look at this quick vid, it can show a lot better than me typing :)

    Also, I just watched a video on setting it up and wanted to say that the input driver for the fantom vs is checked off in the audio preferences:

    Okay.. WTF. I was just messing around and did the Edit -> Initialize performance (again, I did it before) and now I'm getting sound....

    I hope I can reproducibly get it to work in the future...
