Can't open! Get "Complete Registration" Window!

Been awhile since I've opened my Cakewalk, it opens but the "Complete Registration" Window. My serial no. is filled in, and the "registration code" is blank. If I enter my code, it tells me I'm already registered! Please help, I just want to use my Music Creator 5 (downloaded version) again!

    you enter your registration code and it tells you that you're already registered? 

    which OS are you using?  are you logged in as administrator?
