Can't save Preview Buss settings in Audio Import Browser - Can this bug be fixed in X3c ?

A user can't save the Preview Buss setting in the Audio Import Browser like on all other Audio Programs. It should automatically save, but it doesn't, this is some kind of bug issue.

When the user Imports Audio to a Track you bring up the Audio Import browser, when you change the Preview Buss to something other than MAIN, and then close the browser, the settings doesn't save like on all other programs.

Can Cakewalk fix this? Because this can cause a lot of damage to speaker systems when the user thinks the setting he changed in the (Preview Buss) field, is saved when it is not saved like it should be, as on all other audio programs.

A user may think the Preview Buss has been saved after setting the levels, but the preview Buss defaulted back to the MAIN Outs again after the browser closed. When you open the browser again to Import more Audio to a Track and preview it you could blow your speakers because it didn't save.

Where do you report bugs issues?

Also when you click on the "move up one Level" button on the browser, I would like it to highlight the folder you were previously viewing.  I sometimes go up a level and forget which folder I was previously in.

It would be really great if you could copy/paste loops in the browser so you could assemble "favorites" folders... and possibly a rename funtion,,, which I know is a little dangerous because you might move or change a loop name and lose it in a previously created project.  My workaround for this is opening two windows explorer folders so I manipulate them outside of the browser,,, but it would be nice to be able to do that within the browser.

Yeah, I agree all browser settings should be saved. On all other audio programs and the windows 7 OS system, the browser settings are saved.

I just discovered you can rename loops in the browser by right clicking on it and selecting rename,,, so forget that one... it's already there.  sorry my bad.

You can also use a temporary empty project (Ctrl+N) as a clip board to assemble clips to paste into another folder.
