Casio privia .ins or bank change?

Hi, I have a Casio privia PX3 connected to sonar x1 through the USB. Works like a charm, plug and play. However, I'm trying to play back a built-in sound and I can't figure out how to send the appropriate message to the Privia. I searched the net for a .ins file, but couldn't find one. I would build my own, but my understanding of midi is faulty. The Privia manual lists "group numbers", "program change" and "bank select MSB". Can anyone instruct me on how to convert this to bank numbers, patch numbers, etc., so I can create a .ins file? Sonar defaults to GM for the privia, so I can select all the GM patches, but I don't know how to get at the other patches. Thanks in advance, Geoff Collier PS: I found a workaround....Set "Patch" and "bank" to "none." This prevents sonar from sending a patch change message to the privia every time it plays or records. Set the desired patch from the privia, record the midi, and record the audio out from the privia back into sonar, which was the original intention (because the privia has a really nice electric piano patch). Not as nice as having a .ins file for it, though. Geoff Collier
