CbB can't correctly insert track template

When you right click and choose "insert track template" CbB ignores all my saved track templates in the initial list
but if I choose "more track templates", then it opens a Explorer window and I can chose any track template fine. 2018.10 didn't do this. I do have my folders set correctly in Preferences.

If your default CbB Track Template folder path in Preferences is "C:\Users\[User]\AppData\Roaming\Cakewalk\Cakewalk Core\Track Templates" (as I think it was for me), try change it to "C:\Cakewalk Content\Cakewalk Core\Track Templates".

I tried many things in vain and can't find any way to get CbB to recognize my previous presets that you see when you first right click "insert track template". I'm not exactly sure how that list is even populated, since Spat has been working like this for many years with that same list.

When I first installed CbB I pointed to my regular custom folder D:\Cakewalk Content not C:\Cakewalk Content. Today I copied all my track templates to D:\Cakewalk Content\Cakewalk Core\Track Templates" and also C:\Cakewalk Content\Cakewalk Core\Track Templates".

    I tried changing preferences to "D:\Cakewalk Content\Cakewalk Core\Track Templates". and then  "C:\Cakewalk Content\Cakewalk Core\Track Templates".

I even put one of my track templates in each folder inside of Cakewalk Content\Cakewalk Core\Track Templates. I've tried pretty much every combination. Has anyone found out how to get this to work? if so, how? and does it recognize your previous track templates? I am using CbB 2018.04  If this bug is fixed in 2018.06 I'll update to that one.
