Center Now Time

I've searched the help files and keyboard shortcuts and can't find asnwer. Here's the question:

While playback if I hold down "g" on computer keyboard the Now time cursor stays centered on the screen and the track scrolls. Is there a way to "lock" this fnction so I don't have to hold the key down?

Yes. That doesn't accomplish the same as "Center Now Time". It stops the "Now Time" cursor from scrolling past what is currently in view on your monitor. Thanks for trying. :)

In version 8.1, G would center the now time and hold it. It was a great feature. I'm still really hoping to find it in X2 somewhere.

Is there something in SONAR Platinum that does what the G shortcut did in 8.5.3, namely center the now time?  I used to use that quite frequently.

I've searched the help files, without any luck.

I don't there's a default accelerator any more. You'll need to bind one yourself. It's Center View on Now Time in Global Bindings.
