Change Jog Wheel Resolution?

Hey all!
Just wondering if anyone has an idea how to change the resolution of a control surface jog wheel?
I have an Avid MC Transport, and all is working well except when I change the jog wheel behaviour in the control surface settings, it only gives me the option to set it to 'absolute time' without being able to change what absolute time is; right now it advances by seconds and I need it to advance by frames.
It doesn't seem to be related to nudge settings, snap to grid settings or the zoom level of the timeline, so I'm at a complete loss...

    When you've worked out the assignments it would be extremely helpful to list the key combinations with the jog wheel with what they do, on that page, for other people to see. Let's pool resources.
