Changing MIDI channel of all events in a track

I want to change the MIDI channel of all events in a track from channel 6 to channel 1. When using the event inspector, I can change all note events to the desired MIDI channel 1. But all the control events remain on channel 6. Is there any chance of changing the channel of all control events at once without editing each control event manually in the event list?
Thanks for your assistance!

What brundlefly said, but I have to ask: why?   Just change the channel output on the track.

Hold Ctrl while changing the output channel of one MIDI track to change the output of all MIDI tracks to the selected channel.
