Changing starting bar number

How do I change the starting bar number in the time ruler in Sonar 8.5 so that it starts on a different number than bar 1? I need it to sync up with bar numbers in an an external program.

    You can't do that.

    Can't you just drag the whole project to the start time you want?

    SONAR Platypus on Win10 64bit.
    Studio One Pro / Cubase Pro 9.5...just in case.
