All I know about is the help file, channel_tools.chm. It tells you in broad terms what you can do with it, and specifically what all the controls do.

Anything in particular you want to know?

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.

I think here its better to fool with it and see what it does. Listen to what each control does to the stereo image.

The help file does leave a little bit to be desired.  Well, for my level of expertise anyway.  lol

Basically I'm trying to use it to pan an orchestra.  So, for instance, how do I pan the violins to the left?  I know, I know...use my ears.  I can't seem to hear any difference no matter what I do, so I guess I'll have to have it explained to me.

I wouldn't use Channel Tools to do that I would use pan.

That's what I've always done, but Ron (rolifer) uses channel tools and since he's one of the best producers around here, I figured he was onto something.

But of course I can't figure it out...

So because someone uses it that means you are required to do the same. OK. I wasn't aware that the use of a plugin was based on who else uses it. My mistake.

Pan is the way to go.  But then what do I know.
