Chattanooga.. Riverbend 8th-16th!! edit> video added!! FUNKY!!!

It runs through June 16 and they have a pretty good lineup. We are going to try to go a couple of days. I'd like to see Blackberry Smoke in a festival setting... Flo and Eddie (Eddie are you kidding?) Gov't Mule many more great acts!

    Looks like a very festive festival!!
    I saw the Goo Goo Dolls back in 99 (I think) and they opened for Steve Vai in NC. Of course, I was only interested in the headliner and don't remember much of the Dolls (at least not the band).

    Has anyone else noticed the trend toward 60s folk/roots music and old style R&B/funk in the newest music. Blues-rock eclipsed this sort of music in the late 60s and early 70s, maybe it will come to full bloom now. I am buying the collection of Fairport Convention albums... I never knew that Richard Thompson played with them until, IIRC, 1968.
