I was merely asking about this link that I came across, not promoting it.  This post was not asking anyone to sign the petition nor to embrace it.  To me, it was an interesting post and was surprised that someone had actually worked it up. I like this forum, too, and have been on it a bit longer than you, but facts are facts and the truth is the truth, meaning Gibson is not a company that I have come to revere lately even though I own a Gibson SG and several Epiphones. In all reality, Gibson will probably shut down the forum eventually due to the cost.  Sonar's only hope is for another company to purchase it and carry on with it. I am still using Sonar, but realize, that unless someone picks up where Gibson left off, it will eventually melt and fade out of existence, admittedly not for a long time.

Things like this might get taken a little more seriously if they were written in compelling and correct prose rather than looking like the ramblings of a spoilt child.

I've just looked at the petition again. I'm sorry but it reads like a badly punctuated and ungrammatical text message tapped out in haste by a seven year old on their phone.
 
Whatever possesses albeit well-intentioned folk to think that such supplications will be taken seriously if the author can't even be bothered to present a cogent and compelling argument using proper sentence structure and correct punctuation?
 
Come on people, at least get the absolute basics right.
