Nice guitar work and arrangement. There was a lot of cool things in there. I think the weakest points are the drums which sounded kind of "boxy". Like they were inhabiting too narrow  frequency and dynamic ranges. The vocals had a nice quality but there were a few times when the pitch was a little vague, especially when going from a lower note to a higher note. That's the sort of thing where vocal technique becomes very important. Listen to Janet's version of "You Needed Me" for an example of good vocal technique. That's definitely something that can be improved upon with practice. It's one of the harder tasks a vocalist has but when you nail it, people notice.

I also thought the drums seemed a little too busy near the end with the 1/16 note kicks. But then I'm not a big fan of the kick drum in general so maybe it's just me.
