    "A ton of chops" you mean! What are you using to do that? Stutter? Glitch?
     
    Too many chops, though, that it detracts from the mood you are trying to set. The second part you sampled works much better.

    Beats are good, and it does have a really cool summertime vibe to it, but I agree with James. Too many chops.
    Everytime you feel your getting into a groove - it pauses. I'l really like to hear it straight with some vocals

    @Jamesyoyo - all cut up with the FL Slicer, no effects or anything for the chopped pattern, all hand-done!! @Quarry - it's weird cause if I have a nice pattern for people to groove with they say the beat is too dull and doesn't have enough variation but then when i put in effects and drops they say it sounds too hectic hahaha
