Chord Tool

Hey all,

Is there any kind of 'chord tool' inside of X1? Where I can easily choose a chord and get it inserted into the piano roll? It's something thats in FL Studio...
Cheers

There are some cal scripts that do that stuff but for me it is just too easy to pop 3 notes down on PRV and be done with it.

If the chords are all fancy and stuff I might use a utility like this to figure stuff out quickly before I hand draw in PRV:

Most songs use a small handful of chords so I find I may have to hand draw a few chords and then I can drag and drop in PRV.

Maybe some one has a easy solution I've been overlooking?

    best regards,
    mike

    Like Mike...says the "cal script"

you insert the "root" note of your chord  in PRV and then press 'control  + f1' and choose the chord type you want.
This might be what your after.

If Cakewalk were smart they would find a way to package all of those cool cal scripts into a nice GUI making it easy to control each one. Cal scripts are cool.
