cool... I liked it a bunch after the intro. Kinda like a darker version. I just posted an acoustic version..... who woulda seen that coming? Nice I like this version. So you're gonna play this on Christmas eve.... live? I'll bet that will be fun!

yeah I'm playing a Christmas Eve service that's geared more like a "concert", we're playing a lot of rockin tunes ala my arrangement. Should be a lot of fun! I played everything on the recording, but live I'll be playing with a rock band (3 guitars, bass, drums)

The first 24 seconds leave me a little cold, but after that, I love it. Sounds like Metallica and Joe Satriani playing for a Tim Burton film. What a blend of flavors. A delightfully dark twist on an old favorite.

Now sure what child is this! I really like your instrumentation but it seems really dark for the lyrics of the original song. Interesting idea. Merry Christmas to you and your loved ones. Rimshot

After listening to Transiberian Orchestra the last couple of days, this fits right in. :) Have fun playing it live. Great arrangement!

Good luck with your concert! I'm not sure about the intro either even though I get it. Nice harmonies. Well done!

I like the body of the tune, but the guitar harmonies were going out of whack. I'd go with a solo guitar for those parts or work on the harmonies some more.

Robert B: Thanks! Never thought of the Tim Burton influence, but I've always enjoyed Danny Elfman's scores. Rimshot: Thanks! And Merry Christmas! Janet: I'd be lying if I said I don't have their tunes swirling in my head when I'm contemplating Christmas arrangements! Thanks! Guitarpima: Thank you! Scottytunes: The harmonies are for sure really strange, must be the Tim Burton/Danny Elfman mentioned above! Thanks for listening, and for the feedback.
