Chromophone 2.0.2 update

Chromophone 2.0.2 update.

Fixes
* Fixed Chromaphone 1 banks conversion;
* Fixed the Vibrato’s contextual menu that was causing a user interface crash;
* Modified how clicks are handled on the Manual object icon;
* Updated manual.

Notes
* This installer can simply be run over your current installation to perform the update.
* This installer is a full installer so you can use it as a starting point if you need to reinstall from scratch in the future.

    Not up on their website yet (still 2.0.1; bundle 1.0.1).
     
    Edit: I finally received the email. The update is to v2.0.1 from v2.0.0 (the initial release). This update has been available for almost a week, and was released the day after v2 went public. They are just now (?) letting those who didn't experience the v1 soundbank issue know. I had trouble right off, and went looking. Not sure why it took them a week to send the email.

    And not sure why BigBadDad went from 1 to 2 and from Chomaphone to Chromophone. Must be something in the Bemidji water. Or chromosomes.
