From Bass Clef to Alto Clef, etc...

I hope that You can help me.

What exactly are you trying to do? What are you "converting"? What is your end goal?

Home Studio only uses Bass and Treble clefs. However, all you really need to do is tranpose the key for example:

Home Studio defaults to concert key which is considered Key of C. Middle C in alto clef looks like a B, but up 11 semitones. So transpose +11. However, keep in mind you'll have to put your own alto clef signs and re-write the key signature by hand (if other than C (no sharps or flats)).

Tenor clef is similar except middle C in tenor clef looks like the D 14 semitones above the middle C in treble clef.

That's as much as I know and even that may be shakey. Notation programs like Sibelius and Finale probably can handle alternate clefs. Home Studio and Sonar only do a halfway decent job with treble and bass clef.
