Click Behavior to view Piano Roll View, Staff, etc not working

Hi,
 
Double Clicking left mouse use to bring up the different views, like Piano Roll View if that is the default.  Not Working now.
 
Using X3 Studio.

Click behavior is ALREADY set in the Track View Options menu > Click Behavior > Double-Click > MIDI Clips.
 
Piano View is Already set in the view menu in the upper-right hand corner of a MIDI clip.
 
Other Projects work as it should.  Only 1 project is not working.  
 
 
I don't know if this is related but I am unable to change the grid view resolution in the Piano View (upper right corner, grayed out) or on the Track View (under the Draw and Erase Buttons, grayed out)
