Clicking and popping through multiple audio cards....(not a buffer issue). PCI sharing?

Just wondering if anyone else has ever had to do any PCI latency adjusting.

I am having the craziest little glitch clicks and pops through both my MOTU soundcard and my V-Studio 700r.  Buffer settings make no difference at all.  I have read a couple of places that PCI settings can make this happen.

Anyone else ever had something like this happen?  Anyone ever played with the PCI latency settings?

Just looking for a little direction or others that have had strange occurences because of these settings.

Thx fellas.

It's more likely an IRQ conflict.

Can you change IRQ settings manually?
