Clicks in recorded audio! Please Help!

Hi All
 
I'm recording audio straight from my Korg Triton into an audio track in Sonar X1 Producer Xpanded.  When I listen to the track afterwards there are clicks in the audio.  I have tried everything I can think of but I can't fix it!!  Please help!!
 
My full set up is:
 
Korg Triton Pro X
Soundcraft Compact 4 Mixing Desk
Emu 0404 PCIe Audio Card
Sonar X1 Producer Xpanded
Windows 7
16gb Ram
Intel Core i7 3770 Cpu
USB 3 External HD

    Are you using ASIO mode for the Emu 0404?
    Do you have any demo plug-ins installed?
