Clip Envelop propems!! Is it a Bug?

I've been useing Cakewalk products for years and never experienced this before (prior to Sonar Pro-4). I definately experienced the problem before I updated to 4.0.3 but I think the problem is even worse now. Not exactly sure.

When I create a Clip Volume envelope it does some realy weird things. Although I can usualy create 1 or 2 "nodes" without a problem, when I start adding more nodes it gets very unstable. Sometimes when I add a node it will imediately drop to "infinity".

Yes, I do know about the "Curve Menu" along with the "Envelope Tool" and I have both of them set to Linear. The worst thing is that many time when I try create a node, other nodes are added in totaly different places and usualy create "Jump" curves too. I can change these Jump curves to Linear and then delete the nodes but it only produces more nodes and jump curves.

Am I missing something or is this a "BUG"?

Back in the Pro-9 days all the envelopes seemed to work flawlessly. With Sonar 2.2 the only real persistent problem I can remember is that I couldn't create a "node" on a slanted line (It had to be a flat horizontal line). With Sonar-4 the Clip Envelopes have become very unstable and bugy as I explained above. (THis is all my own personal experience of course)

I would like to contact Cakewalk regarding this but wanted to see if any one else is experienceing this before I do.
