Cloned track jumps into other folder track

Cloned track jumps into other folder track

When I clone a track placed at the bottom in a folder track, the new copy's created inside the folder track below the one i'm in..

Is this a known bug that will be fixed in X1b or is it a local bug that's found it's home just in my daw?

    Known bug ...  check the bug fix list -- I THINK it's in there.
