Collaboration?

Hi

I've been playing guitar for a long time, but am just getting into recording using Sonar 8.5 Producer. I'd be keen to hear from either experts who can provide advice on this DAW, or beginners who I can share knowledge with...preferably around London, UK.

Please drop me a message...

I'm nowhere near what you could call an 'expert', I'm probably best described as a noob who's gone through the worst of the initial learning curve.
If you want any advice I'll be happy to help, although I'm in the East Midlands so it would have to be via e-mail, otherwise work through the tutorials and if you get stuck with anything do a search on here, or post a question up and someone normally replies fairly quickly, they're a really good bunch (if a little scary).
I'm a drummer, so I could give you help on basic drum programming to get you started.

there are quicker ways to get the basic idea of how to use this program. there is a forum thread providing links of videos that can help you, and of course if you search a little bit in the internet you'll find that there are even complete series of video tutorials for sonar 8.0/8.5 that you can buy for silly money!

here's the link to the forum thread
