Collaboration or tough critic

Hi All,
I am working on a light jazz piece and would like to collaborate with some acoustic musicians (for melodic development) and experienced song writers. A good hard critic would be great too (Especially from you experienced song writers, I know you are out there, I have heard your work on this page).

The basic tracks are posted here. They are only meant as a starting point. It is call "Quiet Place".

The form
Short intro
Basic verse/chorus (ride cymbal on chorus)
2nd verse/chorus (I developed this a bit more with chord extensions and key changes, a possible melody)
Bridge (I think this sould be big with strings, etc.)
3rd Verse/chorus

Also, what is the best way to collaborate online. For instance, how do you swap the digital data?
