bapu's new stage name ... Flavescent Flav

btw, I like the new logo, smooth yet angular, metallic yet blue and if you rotate it 90 degrees clockwise it looks either like a rear-end or a prototype Iron Man helmet.

Good choice and a good word.

I shall now retire to the grocery store (the local co-op in fact) and request their most flavescent bunch of bananas in order to complement an equally flavescent bowl of custard.

Beagle, I went to the Home Studio forum to read your latest help topics. It always made me feel good to find you there helping everyone.  Or at least you would have some song posted. Nothing. Nowhere. Oh man. That crashes my Cakewalk world.

Are you okay? Are you still you?

And to show you some interesting psychic connection ... notice that the color is really close to what Bapu had done on his logo ... until he croak'd it with that fulgly green!

    :-)
peggysue - I've been very very busy lately and haven't had anything to in the songs forum.  I've been working a lot of overtime lately!
I've got 3 songs waiting on vocals and I tried recording some yesterday but I am having some technical difficulties.  I hope to get to the bottom of it today and maybe I'll have something to post in a week or two.

    thanks for checking on me!!!

    Beag,

    I already told you.

Remove the baggie from the mic.

remember I told you I thought the problem was a compressor that I was using as a passive signal splitter when it was off?  well, the problem seemed to go away when I removed it from the signal path, but yesterday that same problem was back.  I'm "a-feared" my soundcard may be having problems.  I'm going to do more testing today.
