Colors

I got sick of the dark look of X1 Studio, so attempted to make some changes. In the process I did some change which is making some of the strips in Track view useless. Trying to reset factory color scheme. In the COLOR section of EDIT/Preferences following the available help, I can not reset the original, some of my settings are still there, even if I select ALL, and click on Default. How can I get back my old dark Sonar X1? Ted

If you know someone who has Sonar, have them send you a .clr file for the factory settings. If not, send me a private message with your email address and I will forward a .clr file to you. Read below how to load it. Hope this helps.

    Hallo Guys,

    Just new here
I have been playing around with the color scheme in Sonar X3 producer and now I am messing it up and want to get back to the original X3 colors when I open up X3 for the first time.
I have trying the default buttons, but nothing seems to work
I suppose it must be something easy to do but I do not know how
    Thanks in advance

Did you restart Sonar after hitting default? Some of the color changes only go through with a restart of the program.

A deep chesty bawl echoes from rimrock to rimrock, rolls down the mountain, and fades into the far blackness of the night. It is an outburst of wild defiant sorrow, and of contempt for all the adversities of the world. - Aldo Leopold

If you are just playing around with it, make sure you UNcheck "Save settings for next session" (or something like that)

Wel...after hitting default and restarted sonar again, nothing change
All recorded audio clips on different tracks stays black, instead off getting different colors on each tracks. I am talking about the color of the waveform.
Why can t I go back to the original color scheme, track 1 is blue and track 3 is green and so on
I am talking about the color foreground from now on I will uncheck the box
UNcheck "Save settings for next session"
from now on I will uncheck the box....good advice
I hope someone can tell me what am I doing wrong.
    Thanks
