Command Center Sonar Platinum "yellow"
I have Sonar Platinum and recently installed the "braintree" upgrade. After installing Sonar Platinum and all of the items in the drop down, Sonar Platinum still shows as yellow (not complete).
Am I missing something here or is this normal? I would have assumed that once the tedious install was complete it would have turned green as Addictive Drums, Melodyne, D-PRO and Rapture is.

Did you actually click on the Platinum button and run the install that show in the window?

Same exact thing happened to me. I had to re-install Sonar Platinum to get it to turn green.
I installed it the first time, then installed all of Platinum's sub components that had an update.
All of the others turned green after the install, but Platinum was still yellow so I had to go back and re-install just Platinum again to make it green.
Certainly not the end of the world, but a little fussy in that regard.

Platinum was also upgraded/bugs fixed. Thats why you had to click on platinum and install again.

The 1st thing I did was install the Sonar Platinum "UPDATE". I then installed all of the other items. When completed it still shows Yellow and the "UPDATE" button for Platinum is ORANGE and shows "an update is available for this product! Learn More" The update as active. It also says that I have Allston Update 1 (21.0.1.254)

It looks like you didn't update to Braintree. Update Sonar Platinum.

After I installed the recent Sonar Platinum update via Command Center, my Sonar-Help-About box from within the Sonar product shows
"Version: 21.01.00 BUILD 37 - x64"
and my Command Center description with SONAR Platinum highlighted shows
"Braintree Update 1 (221.1.037)"
and my Sonar Platinum indicator in Command Center turned from yellow (before update) to green (after update).
Hope this information might help you navigate the update process through to completion. For the record, I first updated the top level Sonar entry in CC. That turned the top level indicator from yellow to green. But expanding the list of subcomponents showed multiple items still indicating yellow with update available. I went ahead and updated all components. By the end of the process, all the component indicators had turned from yellow to green.

I have installed Platinum Braintree update about 4-5 times. I did it correctly the very first time. I am quite familiar with installing software and following directions.It is failing to register as such in Command Center.

you have actually given me some good information in the versions and made me think more about what the issue may be.. I checked Platinum 64 bit and have the same "Version: 21.01.00 BUILD 37 - x64" as you state above.
Here is what I am starting to think the issue is. I also have 32 bit version of Platinum installed and that version shows "21.00.01 Build 254" . So I am guessing this might be why Command Center is failing to show a green light and shows in the launch/update screen that an update is still available.
So if someone from Cakewalk can respond I would appreciate it. If not I'll call support for a solution.

Update for this issue.
Anyone having an issue where Command Center stays "YELLOW" after update, may be because you have 32 bit and 64 bit Sonar installed. In this case Command Center will only recognize 64 bit version. You will have to manually install 32 bit. When I did this the light turned "GREEN" for my Sonar Platinum in Command Center.
Some of the Cakewalk techs know about this and some do not. I say this because it took two calls to figure this out. The 1st tech wanted me to keep installing through Command Center and could not stay on the phone to wait to see but that failed as it keeps doing. I called again and as soon as I mentioned the problem to the second tech he understood the issue right away and said to do a manual install.

That's correct. C3 can see that the 32 bit version is not current.
You just need to run the update from the Command Center download folder.
C3 itself has been updated, and if you are on the monthly payment plan, run the update.
