Command Center won't upgrade Gloucester in Windows 10

Hi!
 
I was waiting to upgrade to Windows 10 before i did the upgrade to Gloucester. 
 
Now that I upgrade to Windows 10 the command center won't tell me to upgrade my copy of Sonar Platinum. I have the upgrade till Foxboro.

    Log out. Log in. Go into settings. Press the orange button... Etc etc..

    No issue doing gloucester first, probably preferable..
