Command Centre problems

Hi Evveryone ,

for some reson command centre used to show all current installs as green lights which was great ,however i had to reinstall the command centre . Now when i open command centre  it checks >c/program data>command centre>downloads and for some reason its not picking up anything _lots of little red lights .

Does anyone have an idea as to why,

I appreciate any help with this , Thanks in advance .

Regards

The current version of Command Center only tracks the activity of the current session in the product cache. Logging out of Command Center resets the indicators. I am guessing the activity you performed reset the product cache.

    Hi ,

I have 8 products in the cache file ( Command centre >Cache>Products )
(why doesnt it green light the other 7 cache files , one of them is sonar platinum !)
However it only picks up the one i downloaded last night >Advanced workshop Modern Drum Production.....

Is there a way to fix this or is the only way to download all of them again ??

    Thanks again

There was a post about hacking the XML files but there is no way provided by Cakewalk. Each release contains details about which installers have updates. If the indicators a problem, reinstall. Hopefully the new Command Center will be a little more intelligent.

My experience with large companies and government organisations that it is too much to hope for any intelligence at the Command Centre.  Let's hope it is different with software.

There is a smarter Command Centre due for release in the not too distant future ( after the next release which is only a few days away) that will likely fix these sort of problems.
