Companies that I highly recommend

I have had a few good experiences with several companies and I wanted to pass it along. I think it is good to pat the guys on the back who do their jobs well and go the extra mile for their customers.

These are just a few companies I am aware of, if you would like to add a few of your own please do. I am basing  most of my opinions on customer support after the sale.

Cakewalk-Great products and a great company. Period.

Presonus- Had an issue with an interface and they were great communicators all along the way. They went the extra mile for me. A great product line too!

Echo- I had a bad Indigo card and sent it in to them for repair. I fully intended to pay them. They sent me the NEWER DJ card at no charge and my card was out of warranty. It doesn't get any better than that.

Not music related but worth passing along- 3M, the division that makes the Peltor worktunes head radios which also save your ears in a noisy environment. I had a set of these and they died on me out of warranty. I sent them in for repair to get an estimate and they sent me a newer upgraded pair(digital tuning,Mp3 inputs) FREE!!! Its hard to beat free.... They now have a customer for life.

BBE- repairs made out of warranty FREE.

I recommend all of these guys highly.

 Any others you would recommend?

Sporeworks. They've got a great selection of psilocybe cubensis strains... I just can't get the bastards to ship to California though. I have to route 'em round trip through a buddy on the east coast... hey, you asked, I just answered.

AKG... fixed a pair of my 240 headphone once. They were twentyish years old when I sent them in... they were brand new when they sent them back.

Sennheiser... fixed a MKH70 shotgun mic... something went floooey... a few months past warranty. They sent me a brand new microphone as replacement

Peavey... fixed a XR600B practice head. It was 18 years old... they fixed it $35- tax tag and shipping.

The list goes on... if you buy from a good company they will be a good company when you need them.

    best regards,
    mike

Zuma- I gather these are of the type the Eagles used.....I am close to Avondale, probably the capital of the mushroom. The ones good cooked with steak though....never an interest in the others. I have felt like a mushroom at times-Kept in the dark and fed poo.

Dig2ins- Readin' between the lines here, must have been rough. Good to have those guys on your side.

Mike- Good to know who these people are when(not if) I buy more gear.Thanks.
