Completed Half Marathon - 13.1 miles




My Garmin Watch paced me at 15:36 per mile and finishing at 3:23 - My official time from the race officials was a pace at 15:32 finishing at 3:23 - I love this little accurate watch! You can see that map of the run - elevation - my heart rate ect...in the link

I couldn't have done it with out Bapu ( Actually I could have but...)

    I drove that far on the tollway.  It took me longer, though.  I didn't get a medal.
