Concrete Limiter GR getting stuck and no sound

I have Concrete Limiter 1.01
 
Every now and so often, when I load a track template containing Concrete Limiter, the gain reduction bar in the middle is stuck fully down, the input meter is changing in time to the music, but the output meter stays gray (and no sound comes out).
 
It has just happened again. I loaded the same track template one after the other. The first track was OK, and the second had the gain reduction stuck full on.
 
I have also had this with track templates from Cakewalk.
 
Has anyone else had this happen?

    Try deleting the track and insert a new track and insert the CL in that track.

    I've had this happen to me once, and in 1 project only, on the master bus. I simply removed it and reinserted it. Saved the project and haven't seen this particular behavior since. I use the CCL regularly.

    This has happened to me also a couple of times.  I do what the others I did.  Sometimes re-opening the file has worked,  but i believe i have to delete the channel/track and re-insert everything most of the time.  i start by saving everything but the Concrete limiter as a pre-set.
