I get that error too, Beagle.  I assumed that it was being polite like when someone looks at you in a certain way and asks you what smells.

Hmmmm. Not sure at the moment........

Pros:
Looks better/ easier to read on my phone
Works in FF so I can now ditch IE tab which screws up souncloud links for me.

Cons:
PC version looks like it was made for people with bad eyesight, like them phones with the big buttons

The online user list seems a bit intrusive / too much info  " Paulo is currently typing a reply to a thread in the CH, has just scratched his arse and blamed the dog for the unpleasant odour when his wife just came in the lounge"  - maybe it was always this way and I never noticed, but the option to "hide" from online users list doesn't seem to work.

Apparently, according to TOS, agreeing with someone isn't allowed.

Still no little symbol for bookmarks in FF bookmark toolbar- though I suspect this might be to do with the CW website as opposed to forum software ? This is the only website I use that doesn't do that automatically/

Finally found full version - well what can I say. Does Bold typing help this forum? Wait - we have colors - oh ya - colors! We have font size and all that jazzy stuff also.

Oh, when you're smiling, oh, when you're smiling, the whole world smiles with you.

Okay, just trying out different thingys.
Okay! I  must get the grammer somewhat correct I suppose! Reason for Edit.

I've come to realize quite a while ago that Cakewalk's sense of aesthetics and mine were not compatible - or that they were all colorblind. This was true w/ many of their products and it's now the same thing with their forums.

I'm looking at this forums and I'm seeing a bunch of elements which clash against each other - orange, pink, red, green, yellow, gold, turquoise. Even the textures - some stuff is glossy, some is not...

And that big turquoise/aqua bar on top which welcomes us - a nightmare.

Looks like clown puke.

But it's blazing fast and it just seems to work 100 times better than the old one.

Well, as someone with super extra severe eyeball issues, I be liking the larger size of the forum lots and lots.  May even have to learn how to play A Major, instead of always being stuck on A minor.

Cake! It would be REALLY great if we could embed videos in forum posts just like we can embed images. Think of the possibilities!

You can if you get the Embed code from Youtube, open the full editor, and do it via the HTML panel. I wonder if there's a smarter way, but this is the first one that comes to mind.

Or as Mike discovered http://forum.cakewalk.com/SteveStrummerUK-m2839707.aspx#2839707, just add [tube][/tube] tags with the share this video url from YouTube. Thanks Mike! :)
