Console View FX Bins - very cool, very user-friendly.

Automatic resizing of the FX Bin height to show all plug-ins is such a good idea - it makes working in the CV much more intuitive.

It might not seem a big deal to some, but to be able to literally visualise all the VSTs in the correct signal chain order without having to fiddle about with the up and down arrows as before is a real improvement. To do this in the past, I've had to resort to switching back and forth into the Track View and expanding the height of the track to see them all.

Very cool.

One thing I really like from looking at the videos is having the on/off switch only appear when you hover over sends and inserts, leaving more room for plug-in and destination names. I work a lot in Console View, so it's nice to see some of the long-standing rough edges of the design get polished up.

why are the lines connecting the FX inconsistent?  sometimes 1 line, sometimes 2 lines?

That indicates the signal. Single line is mono, dual lines (spaced well apart) is stereo. Where the lines are doubled (close together) that indicates 64-bit processing. Multiple lines are for surround sound processing.

I would think stereo or mono tracks. Or stereo or mono fx plugins.
