Consolidate Settings

Please, Please, PLEASE consider consolidating all of your settings under one location.
Earlier today I had to find the "On Stop Rewind to Now Marker" function. It was found under Track View> Options. ?!
Why not just put that under the Edit>Settings area? If it's project specific, might I suggest the following menu tree:
Edit>Global Settings
and
Edit>Project Settings
 
Also, while you're at it, can you make it so that when you have the Piano Roll view up, the main window's ALT key commands carry through? Like, to do Quantize, I would do Alt-Q, but from the Piano Roll, Alt-Q doesn't work. ?! Similar with things like scaling velocities, etc... (Alt-P+V) (and yes, I know just plain "q" brings up the quantize window.)
